On the way to new work - book presentation & panel discussion

Swantje Allmers and Michael Trautmann are currently among the most important protagonists of the New Work movement in Germany.

The two consultants and entrepreneurs are the co-authors of the long-awaited book   "on the way to new work" .  

More than five years ago, Michael Trautmann and his co-host Christoph Magnussen launched their eponymous podcast . Today, the two have more than 120,000 listeners per month. More than 300 episodes and   guests later, they were able to immortalize their experiences in a book, which has been providing answers to the questions of the new work since March 2022. 

Swantje Allmers, who was not only a guest on the podcast herself, but also subsequently founded New Works Masterskills GmbH with Michael Trautmann, played a large part in this.

With Neven Subotic there is another guest who, as a former soccer professional and founder of a foundation, has more to do with New Work than one might think at first glance.

With his foundation, he discovered the real purpose of his life a few years ago and dedicated himself to it by enabling access to clean water in the poorest countries in the world for years.

And New Work starts with everyone's "why".
